Certain features require a paid subscription (Pro or Elite tier). Subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment processor (Stripe). By subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

All platform content, code, scoring methodology, and brand assets are the property of Lucight and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Market data and scan results are generated algorithmically and may contain errors, omissions, or delays. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, outages, or circumstances beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lucight and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or reliance on the Service, including any trading losses incurred based on information obtained through the platform.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
